Like it or not, there is a social component to the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) business model.

This is why individuals that are more outgoing and have great social skills, do seem to do well with an MLM business. This is also why in the past few years, the term ‘Network Marketing’ has been bantered about in search of a more politically correct term for MLM.

You can call MLM whatever you like, however, the fact is, it’s not a business for those that dislike social Contact. The roots of MLM are in social gatherings, the ‘watering hole’ type of experience, and as such, The products and business model are usually geared towards social encounters.
